Lockdown clutter

From the end of March lockdown was imposed in India. First few months were really very normal. It was kind of a different experience all in all.

With staying at home new trends really did excellent on social media.

Cooking, cleaning , playing games was all left for fun. Dalgona coffee really took a peek for a few months.

Yashraj mukhate got famous for his funny remixes of music and serial dialogues.

I personally did a lot of cooking.

It was going all fun. The beautiful day starts at home, the beautiful sunsets. What not going good was online education. It really really deprived students. 4-5 hours in front of a screen against their will. Online classes really made me frustrated all the time. It started sucking my energy. I lost a lot of weight, my mental health just declined and declined.

Many of all have lost their lost their loved ones in this pandemic. It really takes alot to keep moving after a loss. And I appreciate each one of you for being the best you could be. Remember everyone is trying, everyone is healing. This world needs more caring people, kindness around us right now.

This lockdown and covid-19 really affected my studies, my physical health as well as my mental health .

But here are a few things I am doing to keep myself going:

Wake up and drink 2 glasses of water. (Not a great task, but small changes really affect your day)

Brush your teeth, don’t stay in bed just wake up and brush your teeth and get your day started.

Try planting, it really helped me be busy and gave me mental peace to some extent.

I have been journaling for years and years now. And I think it makes alot of weight light. Try journaling, writing your thoughts on a paper. It might help you with decluttring your thoughts.

Try this few tips it might help you as well. Remember small changes affect your whole day.

Also take one day at a time. Don’t rush. If you need break take it. If you want to talk to someone just vent to them. Have a plan always.

Lockdown is still continuing. I hope you all take care of yourself as well as your loved ones❤️
